2 -4 Man Robot Repair Station

Repairing pallets with the help of our robot opens this work to those that may not have the strength to lift the pallets. 

We provide training to operate the Robot. Experienced workers will see a dramatic increase in the number of pallets repaired in a typical shift.

The 2 man station can repair up to 650 pallets per shift . The hydraulic board remover lifts the boards along with many of the nails. Then the same plate  presses down the nails. If wood is left on the blocks the side cutters remove it.

At a double repair station the advantage is two workers can motivate each other. We have found this set up produces higher numbers.

At this station an air stacker counts and stacks the pallets for the operator. This set up can be configured into a two man station.
